Anyone know how to lose weight fast and easy?
Hello, my name Feodora, I am 13 years old. I need to lose weight before starting school. School starts next August, so please! I need your help and not say anything mean please.
Some tips: Food protein at every meal! Eat 5-6 small meals instead of 3 meals. Eat oatmeal sweetened with honey or Stevia for breakfast. Throw in some banana, blueberries or raisins. Eat a hard boiled egg white or scrambled eggs (egg winners are the best) and a piece of wheat toast. By mid-morning snack, try a smoothie fruit with any kind of fruit, skim milk, flaxseed and protein powder. Blend in a blender and Yum! For lunch, eat a vegetable salad full of spinach, tomato, cucumber, carrots, mushrooms, soybeans, and anything else you can throw at it. Instead of using dressing, use a dash of red wine vinegar and drizzle in some extra virgin olive oil. Try putting a bit of turkey or chicken pieces in the salad too. For a snack, try apples with peanut butter or vegetables and humus. For dinner, eat brown rice, steamed vegetables, baked / grilled fish or chicken or grilled. Eat beans also, or instead of meat. Snack after Dinner can be fruit frozen bar or lollipops Edy Crystal Light. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits throughout the day as well. Drink only water! Try some lemon in it too. Exercise daily (the rest once or twice a week beginning) by walking or running / walking sprints from 30 to 60 minutes a day. Try to work the upper body and lower body every day. Lunges with deflections are large. Good luck!

How to lose weight.
Many people experience problems when trying to lose weight. But it's really not that difficult, even easy. The key is consistency. Here are some tips for getting started.
1. Do not eat 2 hours and drink 1 hour before bedtime.
It has been shown that this has a huge impact on your loss weight. I am not specialized in this area, so I can not say why, but it really works.
2. Exercise.
This is obvious, but the own experiences that I share a little secret about this part. But first you need to exercise to burn calories. Ultimately what you want to do is reduce calories in and increase calories out. Now the secret: the exercise has to do with rhythm. Take running, for example. It's a shame for some, but some can not go without it. This has to do with it more often and recognition of its progress. When you do something on regular basis as used to it and you'll realize the progress you make. In this case, you can run farther without feeling tired. So doing cardio for a few weeks and does not feel as much like hell.
3. Avoid foods with a sweet taste.
When you have the habit of eating sweet foods. Obvious examples include sweets and cakes, then you might have a hard time living without them. However if ever eat sweet things, then do not feel any desire to eat sweets or other unhealthy foods. As with exercise, at some point you get used to new habits. So the week former is more difficult but give it time. And if you want, you can choose a day of rest. " In fact, this may be beneficial, according to some.
4. Plan ahead.
Think about what you will do next your diet is over. (No diet for life!). Whenever you have a hard time that you can think what you're going to go after having achieved its objective. Maybe go to the beach? Or try the super-thin dress?
5. Put your mind to it.
Think of all mathematical progress. As this week I worked 10% more, such I'll try 15% next week? It also alters happens, do not worry. Just be sure to continue making progress.
6. Set goals.
A diet should not last forever. This is not healthy according numerous reports. Try to set a goal like losing 5 pounds by May this year. And if you try to analyze their mistakes. For example, a common mistake is to eat because you're bored.
