Burning 500 calories each day, thus losing 1 pound per week of exercise?

If you asked science, then yes that would be from 7 days multiplied by 500 calories equals 3,500 calories, which is the magic number to lose 1 pound. I guess if really developed then there would no longer read at first.

Several years ago I wrote for Men's Fitness magazine about the myths of loss fat and exposing the truth.

Here is an example of a Myth: To lose belly you need to stay until I burn in less than 500 calories in each meeting.

This is the truth: One of the most just inventions in the field of fitness ever made was and is the calorie counter on your treadmill every days and cardio machines as I covered in a previous article.

Because of this "invention", countless men and women depend on now and obsessed with the number of calories burned each workout. Over llikely at one point and time this was that, looking at the small screen waiting for the total calories to move up. Without knowing that when he finished his cardio workout with a soda fountain or mochacino will put you in 1 place or worse.

Mainstream fashion and fitness magazines would have you believe that you need to lose a certain amount of calories each workout to lose belly fat and get the look you want.

There are too many problems to count this way of thinking and training. As I said in an earlier article calorie counters are typically 20% off and sometimes up to 40% discount on your actual calories burned and not for the better. A story about an important channel for the news network exposed cardio machines stating that overestimate calorie burning by up to 25%.

The second problem is to rely on slow to moderate cardio to burn fat fast or greater. It's basically useless and take a long time to get it. Men who used strictly cardio your metabolism actually reduced by 50% in a British study. You almost got rid of the burning of calories by relying only on cardio for fat burning. On the other hand, men in the same study had no reduction in metabolic rate that only through strength training.

So what is the answer to the burning of calories and fat in the abdomen in a faster, more efficiently? The answer is to train hard and methods of interval training to burn more fat in less time with explosive movements Fast.

Their metabolism is higher, even after you finish your continuous interval training to burn fat and calories long after their actual training is done. This effect is known as the afterburner. What is interval training? Try sprinting or cycling at an intense pace during 30 seconds, then rest for 90 seconds, pedaling slowly, which would be 1 game and continue until the final 6 games or as many as possible to their current skill level.

The ranges of converting your muscles making them go crazy and burn more calories trying to get them back to normal. The end result produces a greater loss fat and calorie burning after your workout to try to regulate your body back to its initial state to work extra hard.

It's good to count calories to see what you've eaten that day and make a journal or food diary, but do not worry about the machines and the counting of calorie burning. See what your eating your body, bad slip and your cardio workout to lose, but if the interval training program as shown below, which will have room to maneuver additional.
