Acai really does help you lose weight?
I have heard much recently Acai, does anyone know if acai supplements really work? I am looking for someone to help me loose the extra weight I've gained from my pregnancy. Input would be appreciated!

Have you heard of the Acai berry diet? The name of the diet alone seems a bit suspicious. I have my guards every time a diet is offered to eat only one food in particular. It sounds very similar to fad diets.
